What is The People's Project

The People's Project powered by the LA Fed was launched in January 2022 as a new kind of mutual aid network. We bring solidarity to the community, teaching neighbors to help neighbors — just as workers help workers in the labor movement. And just as every workplace is different, so is every community; The People’s Project focuses on building small community networks and understanding the unique needs of the community, block by block.
